How they operate

  •    Individual and collective tennis trainings are provided: work is focussed on the technical, tactical, physical and mental levels. Directed matches and free matches are organised.
  •    Trainings are tailored to individual needs as early as possible.
  •    Follow-up is provided for national and international contests.
  •    Daily physical trainings are provided through the implementation of a basic programme and specific sessions.
  •    Mental programme : we consider that mental strength needs to be developed just like any other fields of development – we reject the saying that some people have the mental and others do not have it. Specific "customised" actions will be provided.
  •    Video and computer follow-up : frequent meetings.

Objectives :

  •   To develop the notion of performance
  •   To develop one's working capacity
  •   To impose one's mental capacity
  •   To organise oneself around one's project
  •   School tuition by correspondence courses with the CNED (Centre national d'enseignement à distance – distance-learning centre)
  •   Daily remedial courses with ACADOMIA SPORT ETUDES CONCEPT Company

    • 8 players maximum
      23 hours of tennis and 13 hours of physical conditioning per week.
